🛍 Orders & Processing
Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Because we process orders quickly, cancellations or changes may not be possible once an order is confirmed. Please contact us right away at info@gildedglamourshop.com, and we’ll do our best to help.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
A: No, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping is free on all U.S. orders over $35. For smaller orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your order directly with the carrier.
Q: What if my package is lost or stolen?
A: Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Gilded Glamour Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please file a claim directly with the carrier.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging. See our Return Policy for details.
Q: Are there items I cannot return?
A: Yes. Non-returnable items include:
Final sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Beauty products that have been opened or used
Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: We do not currently process exchanges. You may place a new order after receiving your refund.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Q: How long do refunds take?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method (or store credit if that method is unavailable).

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Amazon Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Venmo, Affirm, Shop Pay, American Express, Visa, Discover, Diners Club, and Mastercard.
Q: When will my card be charged?
A: Your payment method is charged at the time of purchase for the full order amount (product price minus discounts, plus shipping and taxes).

Q: Are your product photos accurate?
A: We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors and details may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings.
Q: Do you restock sold-out items?
A: Some bestsellers may be restocked. Sign up for our email updates or follow us on Instagram/Facebook to stay notified.
